Position Title: Office Manager-Wellness Program

Location: SOUTHEAST HEALTH DISTRICT-Wellness Program, Toombs County

Description of Duties:

Provides management function for the Southeast Health District Wellness Program administrative staff. Under general supervision will supervise Front Office Supervisors at Coffee Wellness and Bulloch Wellness Centers. Responsible for maintaining administrative procedure manuals, algorithms, training materials, and client forms. Provide first day onsite orientation for administrative staff. Oversee and monitor fund verification logs for the Wellness Centers. Complete and code transportation bills for contract taxi service providers. Order and inventory gas vouchers/ gas cards. Create mileage spreadsheets for contracted taxi service providers and create gas card/ voucher logs. Oversee client transportation logs for taxi and gas cards/ vouchers. Complete draw down and fund source spreadsheets. Organize and maintain Fund Source and General Ledger reports. Perform front office chart reviews. Oversee employee schedules and ensure clerical coverage for Wellness Centers. Oversee requests for the release of client records.  Provide HIV Testing and Counseling.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience OR Six years of related experience. Must have ability to lead or supervise a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.  Excellent customer service skills. Experience working in a clinic or medical office setting.  Experience working with HIV/AIDS patients. Supervisory Experience.
