Position Title: Customer Service Rep 1
Paygrade: F Dependent Upon Qualifications – (Unclassified)
Location: SEHD District Call Center, Waycross, GA
Description of Duties:
Under limited supervision provides excellent customer service for District Call Center, answering inbound calls as well as assisting clients who have general questions about Health Department Programs, scheduling appointments quickly and accurately, calling next day and missed appointments, and contacting Health Departments as needed. Arrange for the dispatch of packets as well as sorting materials to be delivered to county health departments. Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED AND six months of experience handling customers, questions, complaints and/or providing information.
Bilingual; Associate Degree; One year of Call Center experience.
