Bilingual Customer Service Rep 1, 2, or 3-Call Center

Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep 1, 2, or 3

Paygrade: F, G, or H (Dependent Upon Qualifications-Unclassified)

Location: Southeast Health District Call Center, Waycross, GA

Description of Duties:

Under limited supervision provides excellent customer service for District Call Center, answering inbound calls as well as assisting clients who have general questions about Health Department Programs, scheduling appointments quickly and accurately, calling next day and missed appointments, and contacting Health Departments as needed.  Arrange for the dispatch of packets as well as sorting materials to be delivered to county health departments. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED AND six months of experience handling customers, questions, complaints and/or providing information. Bilingual-Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

Computer experience (Word, EXCEL, data entry, etc.); Public Health experience; Experience working in an office and/or clinic setting; Customer Service skills; Previous Call Center experience.
