The Southeast Health
District has a dynamic Immunization program that makes available
vaccines for all age groups. The focus of the immunization program is
to ensure that infants and children are up to date for all eligible
vaccines. The district uses the Clinic Assessment Software Application
(CASA) developed by the CDC to assess and maintain vaccine coverage
rates among children aged 2 to 3 years of age. Immunization services
are available in all Southeast Health District settings on a walk-in
basis, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
