Completion of high school or GED AND One year of experience providing software or hardware customer support of technical assistance to computer users

OR

Completion of a post secondary vocational/technical school training in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area AND Six months of experience providing software or hardware customer support.

OR

Two years of college course work in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area.

One year of experience as help desk support or customer service field where direct & on-going customer contact was required. Six months work experience performing administrative support duties, i.e. filing, organizing work schedules & verbal, written communications. Knowledgeable of tape backups. Detail oriented. Customer service driven.
